Registration Opens Sept. 1 and closes October 1, 2013

All rules and regulations must be followed to the letter in order for movie to be considered for the competition. All paperwork must be in order and turned in on time with the film. If film is not submitted on a flash drive and turned in at the end of the competition, it will not be considered for the competition.
